The bass was made by master builder Scott Buehl at the Fender Custom workshop and features a uniquely beautiful plexiglass body and headstock. It’s the very first fully plexiglass bass that Fender have made.
Charlie commissioned the bass as a progression from his original iconic acrylic bass and the colourways were inspired by the glassware of Czech artist Pavel Hlava.
Charlie says “This was made specifically for me with the knowledge that I have been known to play a plexiglass bass for many years.”
